I have bitched about this forever. I remember years ago telling my friend Kevan, “you should change your voice mail greeting to, ‘Hey, this is Kevan. My assistant will be right with you. She’ll have instructions about how to leave me a message.’”

This is such horse shit. I still can’t believe that this kind of thing is acceptable in the most powerful country in the world.
